A conscientious and compassionate support worker over 9 years’ experience in the provision of support to care for teenagers and the elderly. Skilled in the creation and modification of health care plans, based on individual requirements. Encourages collaboration in order to promote the development and maintenance of effective client relationships and experienced in liaising with both the community and local authority teams. Also incorporate my previous and current core skills and responsibility as a nursing student as my duty and responsibilities to vulnerable people.
