Liaised with care workers on behalf of patients, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams and promoted empathetic communication with families and relatives. Ensuring the safety of the patients in and out of the house by encouraging ongoing adherence to all health and safety standards and company regulations. I hope these listed above experiences, skills and knowledge gained as a health care worker and student nurse is suitable for the position applied for. And also, it will be a plus to be part of the team/ organisation as a student nurse by incorporating my knowledge to the company.
