I practice person centred care according to their care and support plans. I have 10 years in health and care sector, I worked at a Residential Care Home as a Senior Support Worker. I have worked with Hamilton Cross as an Assistant Care and I have also worked with NHSP Stockport Trust, Stepping Hill Hospital. I used manage the Care Home, staff and residents. I very positive driven to Care and support my clients. I am medication administrator, when I am giving medication I make sure that there is no disturbances and my patient get the whole attention and avoid any unnecessary errors and mistakes that can be avoided. I enjoy cooking, when am making food I prepare so that the person who eats it feels loved and cared for. one of my hobbies is fishing, passionately I can stay fishing the whole day if am free on that day.
