I understand that one of the most important things in this role is to build positive relationships with my clients and their families and that this may take some time. I have over ten years of experience supporting people with a variety of conditions (including dementia, hydrocephalus, challenging behaviors, autism, Asperger syndrome, Catatonia, Pica, Schizophrenia, Bi-polar disorder, Depression, early stages of dementia, Epilepsy and recently a new experience supporting wheel chair users with different conditions). I hold a master’s degree in Health Psychology (UK based university), a bachelor’s degree in Psychology (UK based university), NVQ 4 in Management and Leadership in Health & Social Care settings, and A levels in child pedagogy. Studying human psychology provided me with many transferable skills (active listening, knowledge of human behavior and personality traits, the importance of well-being) which I find very useful in this role.

Pavla is a very professional Carer/PA, who is also respectful at all times. She’s very personable and is easy to get along with.
