I have worked in the care industry for almost 15 years, specialising in mental health, learning disabilities and children's care. However, I have worked with many other clients in the past, including the elderly, drug rehabilitation, and brain injury, to name a few. I have also completed many tenancy support contracts supporting clients to secure their tenancies. I currently have a level 4 health and social care NVQ. I'm able to provide live-in care. However, this would be within my own home in Swansea. The cost I've indicated includes 3 meals a day, board, lodging, and care. This may mean a relocation for yourself, though. The property I live in is a bungalow, but it does have some steps to enter the property. My family consists of myself, my daughter (aged 5), 2 dogs, and a kitten. Personally, I have experience with caring for a friend who had secondary progressive MS, a partner who had N-Stage 4 Cancer and have cared for my ex partners 2 autistic sons along with my daughter who has also been diagnosed with Autism recently. I'm very active and enjoy going out and doing things in the community. Going to the beach, shopping, walking my dogs, etc. I also like swimming, bowling, trampolining etc. When I'm home, I like watching Australian soaps and comedy films as well as cooking and property renovations. I can call from 2-8 hours a day, depending on your needs. If you need to travel, I am happy to support you on public transport or using my own car. £22 per weekday hourly rate £35 per evening, weekend, or bank holiday hourly rate £50 per waking night hourly rate £150 per sleep shift (10pm - 8am) £300 per live in daily rate £900 per live in weekly rate £50 per hour emergency hourly rate (less than 24 hours notice) Live in care is provided in my home and is inclusive of food and bills. Any travel using my personal car is charged at 45p per mile rounded up to the nearest mile. Any out of pocket expenses from any activities are paid for, by the client, for myself prior to the activity in order for the activity to go ahead (eg, parking, drinks/snacks, entry to activities if unable to get free carers entry, hotels if going away etc.) Invoices are sent out, for the month, by the 24th of the previous month. What a lovely lady, punctual, trustworthy and attentive. Very friendly and easy to talk to, she provided great care for my mum, made everyone feel comfortable, it’s not easy to leave a loved in the hands of someone else, so if you are looking for a carer, then Lori is highly recommended.

Lori is kind and caring and totally trustworthy. My father took to her straight away which makes things very much easier. She bends over backwards to accommodate and I would highly recommend her.
