I am naturally caring, compassionate, kind natured ,empathetic and have excellent communication skills and a good listener. I love to meet and engage with new people, have a good sense of humour. I have worked with clients with middle to late stage of dementia, stroke, parkinson's, visual and hearing impairment, elderly, challenging behaviour. I'm passionate about caring for people and value all of my placements and jobs as they've shaped me into the carer I am now. I'm an adaptable person, try to base my work style on a person centred model, making sure the clients needs and wishes are always at the centre of everything I do.
