I choose care due to realising that was something that came natural to me as well as understanding, patience and enjoyment. I have experience in Dementia, and some complex care, however I’m willing and able to adapt and learn new sectors of care/complex care. I understand the need for confidentiality, privacy, respect, dignity and most important meeting the needs of individuals. I’m outgoing, very talkative, but will be quite when need to, and will have a sing along with anyone who likes to sing. Movies, diamond art, reading and spending time with family. For a few hours of hourly care I would prefer to stay close to home, if care is required for a full day I am willing to travel up to an hour from home.
