From earlier years working in residential care dealing with varying needs in a residential setting to having worked for 10 years on intensive care at the Birmingham children's hospital as a support worker, i am currently studying as an operating department practitioner. I believe this has given me the experience and skills to deal with a huge variety of people and different needs whether children to the elderly, palliative care to emergency. I love to provide support to service users whether physical, emotional and impowering as much as possible to maintain independence and quality of life.
