They have helped me to gain confidence, self-control and self-discipline. I have also been able to become competent in articulation and literacy. My experiences have taught me patience, sympathy, empathy and understanding. I am a tactfully persuasive people’s person who have strong public mannered skill. Having said this, I do enjoy learning new skills and being able to apply them, whilst developing my own ideas. I also find it useful to learn from others to increase my own potential working standard. I am observant with a high-level of attention to details and always motivated in all the things I set myself to do. I have been working in a care role for over 15 years in both the community and hospitals.
