Full consultation is carried out on the first day of the appointment full medical history taken including COVID -19 screening before the appointment or on the day of the appointment to provide the right advice and treatment plan for the patient. Ensure healthy eating and exercise through walks to places not far from resident’s home. Promote positive behavior, personal development, and independent living through prizes and praising. Provide emotional support and counselling to the service users with mental health issues. Ensure effective communication network between the service users and relevant individuals. Ensure involvement in building of safe and friendly communities through sharing and giving presents to fellow service users and sharing food and drinks at meal times.
