I take time to get to know clients so that it's easier to help them live their best life possible. I have worked with people with dementia, stroke and have provided end of life care. I'm experienced in personal grooming and try my best to make clients look their best always. I am able to support with hygiene, toileting, meal preparation and eating. I have a clean drivers licence. I became a carer while I was teaching, looking after my dad and decided to carry on. That was for me the best time I had ever had with my dad and got to know him more as we spent a lot of time together. I realised I have always looked after people as teaching not only requires you to impart knowledge but to build relationships with the students you are working with and most importantly build and protect their mental health. I love reading romance novels and I try to bake sometimes. Very interested in cricket and soccer. Would love to hear from anyone that feels I could help them.
