Ketija is a first rate carer and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is thoroughly professional, calm, cheerful, responsive and polite. She took the trouble to call round to meet my father before her first shift and asked appropriate questions which left us feeling confident that he would be safe in her care. She updated the family with anything she felt would help and was always ready to help us out at short notice. She is lovely and I would give her 5 stars but 3 is the maximum!

Excellent
Ketija helped with settling my Mum back home, when she came out of hospital. We needed somebody who was hoist trained at very short notice and found Ketija who was amazing. Words cannot express how grateful I am to her. She was so professional and calm. She re-assured my Mum who was very afraid (she has dementia and was recovering from a stroke). We have a live-in carer who was assisting and Ketija explained everything to her brilliantly. She also alerted me to things I needed to know too.
