I have a compassionate approach and as a very patient person , am always happy to work at my client’s pace following their lead and getting to know them so that I can help them enjoy their hobbies and interests. As well as working with people who suffer from dementia and chronic conditions, I also have experience of anxiety and depression care and work well with other care team members such as doctors. I am experienced in personal grooming and helping clients look their best . I can assist them with their hygiene, toileting ,eating,cooking,cleaning and any administrative duties which need support. I also have a full clean driving licence and enjoy taking clients out to meet friends. I became a carer while looking after my elderly neighbours . When the husband passed away, I decided to carry on working as a carer to support his wife so that she can continue to live in her home and as independently as possible. I love singing and am a member of a choir that sings every year in Bath Abbey. I also am passionate about animals and have a 10 year old terrier called Messi as named by my husband and sons’ who are Football and Rugby mad ! and who loves being taken on long walks.
