TN22 5XB 284976 I love my profession and have enjoyed being a carer for twenty years, in private homes looking after people's family members with dementia, concurrent with working in firstly an EMI care home, and then in a care home for people with learning disabilities and autism. This means my training and experience has been kept up to date and has given me a wide variety of skills and experiences and opportunities to learn every day I go to work. Working with families is very important to me as it's so important to keep loved ones happy and cared for in their own homes and to provide such needful support to the families to do this.

I can pre empt requests and requirements. I look after my clients with the same level of love and attention as I would a member of my own family. I like to ensure they have a great quality of life and an enjoyable experience with me. I can help with a huge variety of tasks from admin to personal care. My main hobbies are in the areas of personal well being, health and healing as well as fine art, comedy and writing. I am a novice gardener. I have been a carer for nearly two years and find it a very fulfilling and rewarding experience. I really enjoy meeting new clients and helping them. I can liase with other medical professionals such as DNs and GPs. I’m familiar with medications and providing personal care. I do ask for a contribution to fuel and travel time as I serve mostly rural areas and there is inevitably car travel involved.

RH194AU 139606 I have 4 years experience as a carer including a voluntary role looking after a friend, I found this so rewarding that I took up caring professionally. I have a compassionate nature and enjoy helping others. Personally, I find it easy to build relationships and have been validated for my emotional intelligence by a daughter of a former client. I do like cooking, anything from a poached egg to roast dinners.

RH19 2DR 275070  I had to describe myself in three words, I would say: reliable, caring, loyal.  I have been working as a live-in carer in the UK since 2017. Until now I was working clients with spinal cord injuries. But I also have experience with people living with dementia, MS, Parkinson's disease, Down syndrome. I worked with my last client from 2020 to 2024. The most important thing for me is mutual trust and respect. I like to having conversation, but I'm also good at listening when I need to. I always keep in mind that the client I work with should feel as comfortable as possible. To achieve this, I try to quickly learn their daily routines and habits, support them in what they need help with, but also allow them to remain independent.  I like to cook, either alone or with the client, for example following his/her instructions if he/she is physically limited.  I read a lot, especially fiction and am a big movie lover. Since 2011 I have been practicing a wonderful martial art, TaiJi. Contact me, and I’ll reply as soon as I can. Thank you.

Bn45 7fq 62235 I have been a carer for the last 16 years and enjoy looking after people of all ages. I am happy to work on my own, and equally happy to work with other carers or family members. I have an enhanced DBS and I am qualified in all aspects of care. I particularly enjoy working with people with Parkinson’s and Dementia as I’m qualified in this field and fully understand what is needed in this difficult time in life. I always give 150% to my clients and I’m empathetic to everybody’s individual needs. Unfortunately, I recently lost one of my dear clients last year who I had looked after for 15 years. During that time he was not only a cherished client but a dear friend.
