GU22 9DU 76319 I am a hardworking caring and compassionate worker and I realise that every client/ patient needs are different so I strive to get to know them in order to best support them. I have 17 years experience in care and have worked as a home carer, live in carer in which I supported a disabled student at University. I have worked in nursing and residential homes providing care to elderly residents with various conditions including dementia Alzheimer’s Parkinson’s and motor neurone disease. During this time I developed a great understanding of these conditions and I am a great companion for care and good communicator. I have also worked for an Agency in general hospitals, community hospitals and hospices around Surrey. This gave me some experience in stroke patients and their rehabilitation. Over the year I have worked for Surrey county council as a support worker looking after young adults with a learning disability and rose the position of senior support worker in 2015 a position. I later decided to join the district nurses in Staines , during this time I worked under the supervision of a senior nurse visiting patients in their homes for wound care and daily dressings. I have worked for the local hospice providing care for patients with life limiting conditions and supported their families up to end of life. My role involve supporting patients on a waking night while their families take a rest. I had direct contact with the night nurses should any medical intervention be required overnight. I appeared in the Woking hospice online magazine telling my story and the support I give my patients . I am a good listener and treat my clients with respect and dignity while meeting their needs. I have completed my NVQ 3 Diploma in health and social care along with my Level 3 in palliative care. I enjoy watching television and love cooking and taking walks in my spare time. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile, I look forward to hearing from you, Wilson.

GU22 9FU 302092 Having observed the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities, I am motivated to contribute to their well-being and independence. My work at a rehabilitation center has provided me with valuable insights into the importance of promoting dignity and autonomy, which I am eager to integrate into my future caregiving role. I am an outgoing person who loves interacting with and helping others. I listen and respond well, I'm reliable and responsible, and I'm a quick learner. I have always been drawn towards a career in care and chose to study Health and Social Care at University.

KT15 3HD 131182 My name is Drew and I have been a carer for many years. I believe that as a carer, your clients well-being is in your hands. They become to rely on you and that is something I have always prided myself in that my clients and I become very close and even if I make their day a tiny bit better with just a friendly face and a smile it means I’m doing the best I can. I have worked in all fields of care, mostly Dementia, End of Life & Elderly. I will always do my best to make sure that they have everything they need and require as ultimately I am the person who cares for them. I believe that everyone should spend their last days, months and years having the upmost dignity and respect given to them along with all their care needs. Treat others how you wish to be treated is my motto and I put 100% into it because it’s a field I love dearly and become extremely close with my clients and their families. If you have any questions please feel free to send me a message. Thank you
