EH6 6NQ 9677 I’m Martyna a proud 38 years old Polish soul who believes in the magic of family, the joy of new adventures, and the power of a good cup of coffee. I was born and raised in Poland and lived with my wonderful Parents and my younger Brother. Family means the world to me, and nothing beats spending time with my folks and my adorable 3-year-old nephew, Casper. I decided to move to Ireland, where I embraced the challenge of studying Physiotherapy and Sports Injury for two years. The experience not only fuelled my passion for helping others but also gave me the courage to carve out my own path. Here I met my partner who supports me in every step of my journey. He works as a Project Manager, although he’s on his fifth year of Dentistry, well done to him for making his dreams come true, and yes he practised on me! Together, we made our way to the city of Edinburgh, where I enjoyed the nature with long walks and cycling, that has become our favourite pastimes. I also have a keen interest in healthy living, especially clean food as I know the effects a bad diet can have on your well-being and general health. I’m not always an angel with my food and will never turn down a pizza or a large portion of chips, those are my guilty pleasures. I’ve been in the care industry for 14 years now, primarily working with the elderly and catering to a range of different backgrounds. I believe I’ve made a positive impact in many of my client’s lives and I want to do the same with those who have experienced and are living with a spinal injury. It's a field that deeply interests me, and I'm excited about the journey ahead. In the near future, I plan to continue my studies and will be looking into how I can learn more about trichology – the science of scalp and hair micro pigmentation. I love to continually develop my skills and know that my calling is to help others, in any way I can. I’m hard-working and very considerate, and my friends will tell you I’m a ‘people person’ even though I do enjoy my own company from time to time.

My greatest achievement as a carer is the consistent recognition and recommendations I receive for my selfless service to clients. It is through this strong sense of duty that I fulfil my love for serving humanity. In my free time, I enjoy designing and sewing clothes, watching documentaries about real-life events, and volunteering. Currently, I lend an eye to blind and visually impaired people around the globe through a volunteering app. Service to Humanity is and always will be my driving passion.
