B31 2DJ 116833 A great carer is someone that knows what the individual is in need for; therefore a carer needs to be able to give the best performance of themselves by delivering the best service for their clients. For example, ensure that all the task of the days are being done and respected; perhaps if there are some more task that you can add on if you finish earlier than the time provided, is good to do them to ease the workload for the next shift. Understand individuals condition is part of being a good carer as it will give you a vision of what you are expecting and how you will overcome. I have many years of experience within the care sector and I am willing to complete all duties asked by my clients. I love cooking and cleaning for my clients!

B31 4TX 35778 I have nineteen years experience, I also take bank shifts at my local hospital and with complex care, I love my job an love improving my skills with training. I am very talkative and bubbly but understand that can be a bit much for some people so when needed I can be more relaxed, I like being organised and having a routine, it’s important to help people but at the same time I will encourage independence, I am hard working and very good at time keeping. I am confident with administering medication, using a hoist, peg feeding, communicating between different health professionals, personal care and toileting, I enjoy arranging days out and social activities. I love cooking, I could do better at baking but I do enjoy eating the end product. I have a lot of experience with end of life care as well as helping people with their day to day activities. I love life and I think it’s important everyone is living their lives as much as they want too. Most recently I have found the rise in people needing more help with mental health and keeping on top of day to day life covid has effected people in many different ways and sometimes people just need help getting on top of things and moving forward. I can help with this also. The main goal for me is to keep people moving in the direction they want too, because sometimes we all need some positive motivation behind us.

B31 1RL 210665 I'm semi-retired porter in the hospital. After retiring I got bored at home. So, I decided to work again. I selected to work in health care for the reason that I want to help the community. I've been working in one of the care home dealing person with learning disabilities & autism. My main task was looking after their personal hygiene including shower, feeding, cooking, cleaning their bedrooms including cupboards, laundry. During day care we have so many different activities outside. I drove our van to attend those scheduled activities. Such as; we go to the gym, bowling, cinema, dinning outside, visiting different parks so that they can walk around & drive out just for site seeing around the city. These activities makes me happy watching these people having a smile from their faces. These experiences makes me a great carer because I am one of the instrument to help them became happy & comfortable to their day to day life. mo
