Support client with care co-ordination and communicating with other Services e.g. GPs surgery, pharmacist, dentist, family, social services etc. Support client to attend appointments and access community activities for social interaction. I have a clean UK driving licence. I have experience of working with clients that have required care of catheters and peg feeding this has been learned on the job, no formal qualifications have been achieved but I am confident in using them and happy to have my work signed of by the clients district nurse. I am looking for live in clients on a 2 week on 2 week off rotation. What I like about working as a living carer is that I can provide a high quality of care for my client to live independently in their own home. I am an excellent driver and I hold a clean full UK driving licence. I am also a very good cook, I enjoy cooking. and I can prepare meals for more than one person at a time, if you are married, or if you would like to meet with friends or family.  Sometimes I have traveled abroad with my clients to go on holidays, visit their family, and once to go to a wedding.
