The second book is the project that I am most proud of, it combines healthy recipes with info on nutrients that are needed for certain ailments and it also has a wellbeing section. I have some time each week to give so why not work as a PA, I love helping people in this capacity to be more empowered. I am available on Mondays until 1.30pm every other Tues and Saturdays and every other Wednesday afternoon, . Especially good for those adhoc days. Happy to look after older people and children.
