YO42 2NR 265543 I’m a compassionate, driven and hardworking. I have worked in healthcare for the past 5years along with my studies. Currently I work in complex care taking care of patients with motor neurone disease and spinal cord injuries. I have done a lot of home care for various patients with learning difficulties and vulnerable adults. I’m an avid reader mostly of thriller courtroom based novels. At the moment I’m looking to advance my skills in the healthcare industry while I save up to apply into aviation academy (which is one of my interests). Most of my basic care training is provided by St John’s Ambulance as I’m a volunteer there. I have a hands-on approach to care. A typical day with me would include assistance in personal care if so needed (to include washing and dressing). I can assist with housekeeping chores like hoovering, ironing and dishwashing. I’m a great listener and always interested to engage in conversation and would be delighted to be of any assistance towards a client’s personal goals. I hold a valid driver’s license and am able to drive to the shop or any places of interest required including walks around the area to get some fresh air. I take pride in my own appearance and would make sure I assist in any way possible to extend this to my client. More than anything, I offer companionship and this can be tailored to the specific needs, hobbies and interests of my client. I have flexible availability and willing to do day and night shifts. Part time live in care when required. 1 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":false,"field_care_type_first":"","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":false,"field_care_type_third":"","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"4, 5","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":false,"field_care_type_fifth":"","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":false,"field_care_type_sixth":"","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":false,"field_care_type_seven":""}

TS13 4LF 6485 I HAVE HAD BOTH OF THE COVID VACCINE JABS available from October onwards Hi i'm Trish .. I am 53 years old. I have been working as a carer now for 34 years... I have worked in a varied selection of settings, nursing homes, residential homes and hospitals. I have been working as a live-in carer again now for nearly 5 years. In all honesty I prefer it. It is more personal, less stressful and I can give attention to one person instead of trying to spread myself out between a lot of people.... I keep all of my training up to date, most of which I pay for myself. I work mainly with dementia, all stages, MS, ME, COPD, and also palliative / end of life care. I am trained in using majority of lifting devices and stand assistance equipment. I have 2 cats and a border collie so I am an animal lover. I enjoy walking and going to the cinema and I love going to the lakes with my partner of 8 years. I do drive and have my own car, with business insurance. I have my own pa insurance also. My DBS is on the update service and can viewed if needed. I don't mind traveling for work, I cover Norfolk, Suffolk, West and North Yorkshire, , Wales and some parts of surrey, also Cambridgeshire as I have family there. I do charge mileage capped at £50 as it is often a long way for me to drive, often having to drive between 3 and 8 hours, to get to a client. I do have family outside Weymouth, Cambridgeshire and in wales so i can work nationwide. I like to drive so distance is never an idsue. My partner lives in Keighley so I can easily work that area. 1 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"1, 4, 5, 3"}

I am a highly motivated and caring individual with a good sense of attention to detail and finding out what people need-essential in my work as a massage therapist and carer. I enjoy learning new skills. Caring comes naturally to me. I am dedicated trustworthy and flexible to work with. The joy of being able to support someone in their own home and see positive results in their wellbeing, to see someone smiling again because of my assistance, that is what makes being a live-in carer worthwhile. I have always believed caring for each other builds a positive community. It has come naturally to me from a very young age. I am a positive person and can put a smile on almost anybody’s face. I will always go out of my way to make sure my client is happy, this can often revolve around different foods that I cook them. Some of my signature dishes are things like roast dinner with chicken, lamb, pork or duck, roasties, vegetables and gravy, chilli con carne, cottage pie, fish pie, vegetarian dishes and anything else the client describes and wishes to eat. There has been times where I have used the internet to find my client's favourite dish. Other things I have done with my clients are days out in the city or a walk in the park, going to the cinema, art gallery or pub, watching programmes on TV the client enjoys and being able to talk about, playing scrabble, word-search or card games. In my own time I will spend time in my allotment where I grow seasonal vegetables. I enjoy dancing (food for my soul) I meditate every day and I attend Buddhist Retreats in the Scottish Highlands, reading books on autobiography and self development. false

Also experienced working with adults suffering from complex needs, mental health issues, and learning disabilities especially autism spectrum. Having an excellent understanding of promoting privacy and dignity whilst enhancing independence and rehabilitation. A proven ability to deal with physically and emotionally demanding care patients and to successfully help them to retain, regain, and develop skills needed for independent living. Providing care to clients in their own homes and in the community. Liaising with other healthcare professionals such as district nurses and GPs (multi-disciplinary team). Besides working, I enjoy spending time with my family (wife and children), ensuring as a family we engage in activities that helps us grow together and it is very important having that balance between home and work. I like to socialise, meet new people, travelling, going for sports events, especially football and cricket, watching movies and trying something new. HU9 3BW 273584 Hi, my name is Eromosele, but I prefer to be called Marvellous, which is one of my middle names. I am a support worker and HCA with over 10 years of experience in given care, and also a driver with a full UK licence. I have great experience in mental health, Autism management, learning disability and many more. As a dedicated and compassionate individual, I believe that my inherent qualities make me a great carer. I possess a genuine empathy towards others and have always had a strong desire to make a positive impact in people's lives. My nurturing nature allows me to connect with individuals on a deeper level, understanding their needs and providing them with the care and support they require. Furthermore, my excellent communication skills and ability to listen attentively enable me to build strong relationships with those under my care. I approach each situation with patience, kindness, and respect, creating a safe and nurturing environment for individuals to thrive in. I am committed to promoting the well-being and independence of others, always striving to empower them to live their lives to the fullest. In addition, my background in [relevant experience or education] has equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in a caregiving role. I am detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle challenging situations with a calm and composed demeanour. I am dedicated to continuous learning and professional development, always seeking to enhance my abilities to better serve those in need. Overall, I believe that my combination of empathy, communication skills, and dedication to making a positive impact uniquely qualify me to be a great carer. I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of others and make a meaningful difference in their lives. I also have great experience in PEG feeding, catheter care, and Stoma Care. I can wash skin and stoma with gauze soaked in warm water until clean. Dry skin gently but thoroughly. If you do not have pre-cut bags, measure and cut appliances, leaving a 3mm gap. Apply the clean bag and dispose of all soiled tissues, containers, and used bags. I have gone through a lot of training for this and also worked for over 2 years with service users who need their feed changed. All training I did was through the agency I worked with. We were not given any certificate as they paid for it. Am happy for a nurse to sign me off. I also love cooking, which is my favourite hobby. I can cool all kinds of homemade food as well as organic food following the Food Safety Act. I am looking to live with clients ideally 2 weeks on 1 week off. On my down time, I am able to cover a few nights per week or longer day shifts of 8/12 hours. 1 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"1, 4, 5, 3"}
