CR3 5TH 9205 Hi my name Francis but I like to go by Frank. I have over 14 years experience in the care industry, I’ve worked with many different vulnerable age groups from children to adults with varied needs and find this work very rewarding. I have cared for female and male clients. I have business insurance for my car so can take clients out for for the day. I’m friendly, caring and compassionate about supporting others around me that might need help. Meeting the needs of others through care and enabling their independence as long as possible keeps me smiling! I have experience in many different areas of care work and would be willing to work with young adults and children as well as older clients. I am experienced and qualified in - catheter care, peg feeding, medication administration via peg, dementia care, moving and handling, general medication administration, health and safety, general care of vulnerable adults and safe guarding. I also have experience in assessing care needs and building care plans. I am very competent in the kitchen and able to cook meals efficiently. Due to health reasons I have been advised by medical professionals not to have the covid 19 vaccines, instead I do lateral flow tests everyday and make sure I wear full ppe when caring for clients. I have a full clear UK driving licence which i have held for over 14 years. I am currently only doing hourly day care. I cannot work weekends due to family commitments. I am willing to travel up to 7 miles for daytime work. I am outgoing, physically fit and enjoy many outdoor activities like fishing, skating, climbing, and just being outside in nature. I have 2 young children who I love to take out and spend time with. Please contact me if you sense I’ve got the skills & qualities of the type of person you need to meet your person centred needs as this is something I highly value, being person centred based on each individual’ needs! 0 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":false,"field_care_type_first":"","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":false,"field_care_type_second":"","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":false,"field_care_type_third":"","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":false,"field_care_type_fourth":"","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":false,"field_care_type_fifth":"","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":false,"field_care_type_sixth":"","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":false,"field_care_type_seven":""}

ME1 2XS 288479 I feel I have the experience, knowledge and the passion for the role of care worker/ Support worker and would thrive well given the opportunity to make valuable contributions to individuals who would need my support. My personal goal and aspiration in all my roles within the health and social care is to support individuals to live a safe and quality of life and to work in a way that supports them to reach their true potential and goals. I have worked as a care assistant, supported worker and later Managed 3 residential provisions registered with CQC for adults with learning disabilities. Two of the services were a supported living service and the other was a residential unit. Responsible for staff professional development. Attended meetings and represented the organisation as required. Actively took part in developmental initiatives and warning parties in line with identified priorities. I have also worked in the role of Care Education and treatment review Lead for over a year and could consider myself to have played my role well by supporting the various commissioners of the 6 Boroughs across South East of London with the prevention strategy of young people and children with autism and or learning disabilities being admitted into hospitals. My main role as the CETR Lead, has been to work with a range of stakeholders, NHS, private and voluntary sector providers, Continuing Healthcare and Children’s Continuing Care, Local Authorities (Children’s social care and SEND Education), NHS England, people with learning disabilities/autistic spectrum disorders/ mental health problems, their families and experts by experience to provide timely and robust support to avoid inappropriate in-patient admission to enable the child or young person to live a safe, fulfilling life at home or in the community. I also work with commissioners, staff and other agencies to ensure the suitability of services and provision of care to meet complex health needs to ensure appropriate use of NHS resources. I have successfully gained lots of experience in operating in complex, multi-disciplinary systems and managing risks.  I have conducted very complex CETR’s both in an inpatient unit and in the community. I have been part of making very strategic decisions and recommendations which have been success stories for children and young people who were at risk of being admitted in hospital but got the support and services needed to prevent this happening, making them safe and happy in their homes and community. I have had the experience of complex diary management, working in complex, multidisciplinary environments and working to tight deadlines and managing own time. I do have the ability to draft correspondence and seeking guidance as required and able to deal with individuals at all levels and in challenging situations. I also work in a charity youth organisation voluntarily as a youth mentor which has provided me with opportunities to work with young people and their families from different backgrounds giving me the opportunity in counselling and advisory setting.  The mentorship places emphasis on helping to develop personal and positive rapport with the young people and their families and establish their personal goals and help them create life action plans.  I act as a cheerleader, coach and advocate to my young people who do need such support and sign post them to resources in the community which may be beneficial to them and their goals. Moreover, this is 3 / 3 similar in mental health as there may be times that the young person in my group may be in crises and may need resources and additional support with dealing with their challenges. As their mentor, it is vital for me to be aware of the signs indicating the individuals changes of needs and presentation.  I feel that this role has provided me with a wealth of experience in supporting young people and preventing them further deteriorating in their physical and mental health. I am highly organised and do have good time managed skills with excellent attention to detail.  I also can adapt to changing programme requirements. I have acquired tactful, discreet, and diplomatic ways of working and very am very flexible and a good team player. I am looking to create regular clients, work towards knowing them, creating a professional bond to assist in meeting their needs. I enjoy cooking and am happy to assist with very balanced and nutritious meals for my clients, listening to their preference and diary needs. I can do cleaning, I.e. vacuum cleaning, washing, making beds, ironing, mopping etc when required to do so. I am happy to have cats and pets at clients residence and can feed them. I am available to work part-time mostly 6pm to 10pm Sleeping in duties- part time Night duties perhaps 2 times a week Live in shifts part time subject to Holiday leave, 1 weekend a month. 0 2 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":false,"field_care_type_second":"","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":false,"field_care_type_third":"","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"4, 3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"4, 3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"4, 3"}

N16 0JT 76416 I have a back ground working with (CBOs ) Community Based Organisations. In my line of work I have always met people with different needs in terms of their well being. Listening to those people made me wanting to help them more and most especially reassuring and creating confidence in them. I have worked on a project called EPP, expert patient programme and this, introduced me to people who had a variety of health issues/ long term conditions. The programme was to help them manage their conditions .This makes me a superb carer for many patients have passed through my hands. The most fascinating client I have worked with for 5 years who just passed on last month, had a very rare condition called FOP-A rare genetic connective tissue disorder. This client encouraged me to self teach myself about that condition which made me an outstanding carer and I was able to bring more life to him. I have done courses on Mental health and I am in position to care for someone suffering from anxiety, depression etc... I have worked with patients who had stroke and early dementia and I managed them very well. I am passionate about my work caring, kind and always bring joy and happiness when I am on duty. I am experienced and confident, I am trustworthy and I have good communication skills. I always have a listening ear to my clients/patients. I provide emotional support to my clients/patients and I am a self motivated worker as well as dedicated to my job. I also have hands on experience from in-house training on how to use NIV: Non Intensive Ventilation but no certificate. For Live out, I would prefer to work Monday to Friday. For live in position, I am only available for Friday to Monday 2 weekends in a month as I am currently working with a client the other 2 weekends. Also, I am happy to cover areas in about 30 to 40miles . For the position of live in, I would have 2 hours break so Family or Client have to arrange cover for that break time. Bank holidays are charged at double time. Finally, I am a very good team player ,a problem solver and always eager to learn new skills . 0 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"1, 4, 5"}

I believe I am a great carer because I perform my tasks from the heart. I have had other jobs before but with Care work, I feel I don’t have to try too hard. I do it naturally. Compassion and how I would like others to care for me when I can’t perform certain tasks underpins how I care for others. I have experience spanning over 10 years with breaks in between. I specialise in old-age related illnesses: dementia, cancer, stroke and lately, have ventured into palliative and End of life care. I have recently refreshed my Care certificate and am up to speed with current issues in the Care sector. I believe in being part of the solution in solving the care crisis: staff and training shortages. During Covid-19 lockdown, I played a part in training fellow carers in Prevention and Infection control. I am also up-to-date with compliancy and policy requirements. My experience has enabled me to carry out risk assessments, communicate and coordinate clients’ needs with the right professionals: district nurses, Occupational Therapists, pharmacies etc. I am generally a happy person who enjoys spreading this happiness to others who may be feeling low. I also love music and can dance. ** Only available for weekly live-in during school breaks** {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":"0","field_care_type_first":null,"field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":"0","field_care_type_second":null,"field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":"0","field_care_type_third":null,"field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":"0","field_care_type_fourth":null,"field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":"0","field_care_type_fifth":null,"field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":"0","field_care_type_sixth":null,"field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":"0","field_care_type_seven":null}

SW6 7UB 1070 Hi, my name is Joanne and I have been in the care industry for over 9 years. I became a carer from a personal experience. I have a slight disability with my arm and have limited use of it but this does not stop me working and caring for others in a professional way and am still able to use hoists and provide personal care plus a number of other duties. I have managed to follow my passion regardless of my own disability, which is supporting clients live independently in their own homes. I have experience caring for clients in residential homes, nursing homes in the community doing door to door care and I have also provided live-in care also. I have always had a passion for care and looking after people, I have always wanted to do care from a young age ever since I started helping my mum care for my grandma who suffered from a mental health illness. I also get on well with people and I am always here to provide companionship and support. IG11 8LG 14310 I am a Carer/Support Worker since 2012, as I became a volunteer with my local carers charity organisation, presented by my college PA as, I was enrolled for my Health and Social care course, I have been introduced to their borough clients. Their clients were mostly the elderly people, who needed help in their own homes. After a couple years, as, I really loved my job and people whom I care, my next step was to find a job in a particular field. 2015 I started work with a care agency, which brought a care for children and adults. Here, I worked, as a Male Support Worker. Also, I attended a lot of trainings. As, I worked for a couple agencies, my job was to assist to vulnerable clients in their homes. Stay in their homes and help people with personal care, to do shopping, to drive them to the medical appointments, or to their relatives. SE19 1BW 275850 Hello, My name is Jacqueline but I prefer to be called Jackie for short, I’m a fully trained & experienced live in carer with 12 years experience in the care profession work as a live in carer, domiciliary carer, care homes & NHS hospital. I’m committed to all my clients, & I work towards a high standard of care, putting the clients needs, first in a person centre approach, I’m thoughtful, patient, & extremely understanding, my communication skills are excellent, mainly face to face, I can easily build a rapport between client’s, there family & friends, & other healthcare professionals, I’ve work with the healthcare Industry for over ten yrs, within that time, I have cared for & supported various client’s who all have specific need’s, such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, osteoarthritis, dementia, diabetes, depression, Palliative care, brain injuries, spinal injuries etc. If required I can use my initiative, I’m trained & confident in using hoists, wheelchairs, slings, moving & handling. I’m also quite a good cook, I like to get my clients motivated to eat a well balanced diet where possible. I’m very proactive, putting the clients needs first at all times, maintaining my client is clean & comfortable, happy, & all there care needs are met. I’m also trained in changing stoma bags, & catheter bags, if a client has a district nurse that comes to visit them, I can change the stoma or catheter bag while the nurse is there, as they could witness this, & also sign me off. If the client enjoys going outside either in their wheelchair, or walking I could assist with helping, also I could arrange to take the client to a day centre, or to the park. I’m use to liaising with family members if there is any issues, & I can also arrange doctors appointments or hospital appointments, as I use to dealing with other healthcare professionals. I prefer to work with female clients or couples. I arrange & pay for my own travel, as I work in London a lot, I prefer London & other areas also. I don’t mind dogs or cats. As for working patterns, that’s up to the client, how long they want me to live in for, as I’m quite flexible. 0 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"3"}
