B31 1HJ 110099 Currently am booked till Friday 28th September 2024. Please continue reading my profile, thank you. I am caring, approachable and a patient person who loves working with people. About 16-17 years ago I gave up my high flying career in sciences to return home to care for my father who has passed away. Then helped Mum with her slow recovery from serious spinal injury. Collectively over 6 years unpaid care experience. Currently I have accumulated 4 years experience as a professional employed carer. I’m a good listener, enjoy learning of others life experiences and history. I enjoy cooking and feeding and trying out new healthy hearty meals which may be vegan, seafood, meat, British, Chinese, Indian, gluten-free, etc. I myself am a pescatarian (vegetarian who eats seafood and fish). I can definitely do a good roast. When my clients eat well, heartily, I know they are happy and doing well. I have worked as a Live In Carer with people with intermediate to advance dementia, Alzheimer's, the elderly with limited mobility due to severe arthritis, spinal and brain injury, as well as difficulty with communication, visually and hearing impaired, accident rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, allergies. I can assist with hygiene, toileting, eating, cleaning, medication administration and any administrative tasks which need support. I have a full driving license forb business use, take clients for medical appointments, assist with administrative tasks, and enjoy taking clients out to meet friends or a meal. I enjoy watching TV, binge watch series, going to theatre, walks, reading novels, play board games. My home language is English. In addition am fluent speaker in Urdu / Hindi, some Punjabi. I wish I continued with French in school. If you have any questions or think I could help you then please get in touch. I’d love to hear from you. Questions are welcome. Depending on distance can arrange in person meeting after an initial Curam Meet video call. 0 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"4, 5, 3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"4, 5, 3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"4, 5, 3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"4, 5, 3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"4, 5, 3"}

DE11 7EZ 298236 I think I am a great Care Professional because I am compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing the best support to those in my care. I take the time to understand the needs and preferences of the person I’m assisting and aim to make their day comfortable, enjoyable, and fulfilling. A typical day for me as a Care Professional would start with a warm greeting and helping with any morning routines, such as getting dressed or preparing breakfast. Throughout the day, I ensure they stay active and engaged, whether it’s by going for a walk, enjoying a hobby, or having meaningful conversations. I’m also attentive to their health needs, ensuring medications are taken on time and meals are prepared with care. LE3 8DB 287112 With over 10 years of dedicated experience as a Healthcare Assistant across both NHS and community healthcare settings in the UK, I have developed a comprehensive skill set that combines exceptional patient care with effective team leadership and managerial abilities. My experience spans hospital wards, clinics, and community-based care, allowing me to support a wide range of patients with varying needs, including long-term chronic conditions, acute care, and rehabilitative support. I have had the privilege of working for reputable organizations such as Lifeways’s community care, Thornbury Nursing services, Medgen health services, and Green staff, which has provided me with the opportunity to travel and work across the country. This exposure has broadened my understanding of healthcare challenges in diverse environments, enhancing my adaptability and problem-solving abilities. In addition to my hands-on care responsibilities, I have taken on leadership roles, guiding teams of HCAs and supporting staff in delivering high-quality patient care. My managerial experience includes overseeing daily operations, mentoring junior staff, coordinating patient care plans, and ensuring that care is delivered in line with NHS standards and protocols. I am adept at managing workloads, solving problems on the ground, and ensuring efficient, compassionate care in both fast-paced hospital environments and more autonomous community settings. I am particularly proud of my ability to foster a supportive and collaborative team culture. My leadership style emphasizes open communication, empathy, and a shared commitment to delivering the best possible care for patients. I am also proactive in my professional development, staying up to date with the latest healthcare practices and encouraging my team to engage in continuous learning and development opportunities. I am now seeking a new role where I can apply my extensive experience, leadership skills, and passion for healthcare. I am confident that my blend of practical expertise, managerial capability, and patient-centered approach will enable me to make a meaningful contribution to your organization. 0 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"1, 4, 5, 3"}

My journey into care started in 2019, when I was just 19, but the seeds were planted long before then. Growing up, I watched my mother care lovingly for my grandmother, showing patience and kindness through every moment. It was through her example that I learned the importance of being present for others and how much of a difference genuine care can make. I am deeply passionate about looking after the elderly and see it as more than just a job—it’s a commitment to making someone’s life more comfortable and dignified. While care work can be challenging, I’ve come to embrace these moments as part of what makes the role so meaningful. For me, it’s about giving the best of myself to ensure my clients and their families feel supported, respected, and cared for. I truly love what I do and take pride in building trusting, heartfelt relationships with those I look after. I look forward to meeting you and your loved ones soon and providing the care and kindness you deserve. 0 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":false,"field_care_type_first":"","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"1, 4, 5, 3"}
