It appears I started working as a Healthcare Worker right on time, and very shortly before the Covid-19 pandemic, the lockdown, and the staff shortages. During these months, I had the opportunity to really prove myself as a valuable member of the team. I became support staff and was working almost every night shift, by choice to help where I could. It was a difficult time for all, and I gained invaluable experience. I was nominated by several of my colleagues and superiors to be fast-tracked to senior.
