Also coming from mental health at NHS in intensive care unit where I dealt with challenging situation and behaviour has improved my interpersonal skills. I believe that being a carer is not only about providing care but however it important to know the client and understand their situation in order deliver high quality care. Also with effective communication skills I can performe effective communication in different ways depending on the client way of communication.
