    Never had a carer before and was apprehensive....but losing my mobility recently made the decision for me. Along came Kym and I must be 1st time lucky because she is great. Personal care...in the home care....laundry.....meals......she does it all! Nothing is too much trouble for her and once she got to know my likes..dislikes etc. she has slotted in perfectly. We also talk and listen to each othe really well ..which is important and was happy to increase her hours when NHS care dropped off.

    I wouldn't hesitate in recommend Kym as a carer, she has a wonderful caring personality. Her hard work and professionalism while caring for my dad was faultless. Kym's love for her work is apparent and she built a warm and caring relationship with my dad until the end for which I am extremely grateful.
