However, I never left, for me it became more than a job, I loved my clients and the role, it all flowed naturally for me. I started off in residential care and then went onto a nursing home and lastly community care. This has given me a vast wealth of knowledge and experience. I think the main area I have the most experience in is ladies with dementia. I was complimented by the families in managing to assist their parents to take showers and eat etc. I have a good sense of humour and a diligent easy going personality. Im also very compassionate and understanding/receptive to others needs. I have travelled a little in my earlier days which i enjoyed. I also like to read, meditate. I have a cat and love all animals.

Britt is wonderful. Has patience and such a caring nature. Is incredibly communicative, kind and considerate. I can’t recommend her enough.

Britt has been so sensitive and yet quick to understand our needs - living with young onset Alzheimer’s disease is tricky at the best of times. She is like a breath of fresh air for both my husband and I and we look forward to her visits enormously. Her empathy and care is solid and I totally trust her to look after my husband. Added to this she is very experienced and often gives much needed advice and suggestions to get over challenging issues.
