    Karen cared for our mum for many months and we could not have been happier with everything she did. Given mum is elderly and has Alzheimer's it was particularly important to find someone who understands this horrible illness. Karen's humorous but gentle approach worked wonders, and mum really liked her. She is incredibly patient and very client-centred, putting mum's needs and wishes above all else. Karen also helped us run mum's home, taking responsibility for many things. Highly recommended.

    We were very happy with the care that Karen gave to Dad over the last month's. Dad was not sure about having a care visit at all but soon got used to it and learnt to value his daily visits from Karen who was reliable, caring and empathetic.
