I’ve worked in a hospital setting supporting individuals who were diagnosed with a terminal illness, and on award supporting people who suffered from a stroke. I have also worked as a support worker in the community supporting individuals to set their own goals and supporting them to reach their goals following a hospital admission. Most recently I have worked as a personal assistant supporting a young lady who suffers from ME and chronic fatigue syndrome.
