Supporting people to make positive choices about eating well following some one cooking recipes in making a good meals ,taking exercise and maintaining good hygiene, providing emotional support, or helping them with dressing, washing and personal care, having 7 years experience in personal centred care. I have worked in care nursing home, residential care home, rehabilitation centres and mental health settings. I really have the passion of helping people in achieving theirs life goals. Good experience in administration skills to do as well, such as dispensing and recording medicines for the people you support and maintaining accurate records and reports.
