My specialist skills include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, mobility assistance, companionship, and helping clients maintain their independence. I am also experienced in supporting people with dementia, mental health needs, and post-hospital recovery. I am currently seeking to support 2–3 regular clients, allowing me to provide personalised care tailored to their individual needs. I start by making sure you feel comfortable and supported, whether that’s through helping with your morning routine, preparing your favourite meals, assisting with appointments, or simply sharing friendly conversation over a cup of tea. I am attentive to detail and always listen carefully to your preferences, making sure your care fits around your lifestyle. I can also support with light household tasks such as hoovering, cleaning bathrooms, and taking out rubbish, helping to create a safe and comfortable home environment. Outside of work, I enjoy, going for walks, reading, cooking, visiting local gardens centre , which I’m always happy to share with clients if they wish.
