In each role, I have been exposed to varying challenges of working and respecting people from diverse cultures with different care needs. I enjoy helping people and knowing that they require my input to make a change in their life. My experience has made me realise that being a Personal Assistant is definitely the right choice. I offer a wide range of services if someone is having difficulty accessing the community. I provide high-quality care for vulnerable adults to continue to live independently in their own homes and also encourage them to access activities in the community. Odette helped with end of life care for my elderly mum of 96 earlier this year. She responded quickly to my request for help & was very flexible, doing night shifts over a few weeks. Her experience in this area was invaluable, as she was able to offer up solutions to care needs that had been left to us as family. She was very caring, calm, knowledgable & supportive at a very difficult time.
