Because l used to work at residential home as night cater assistance, my responsibilities involve managing risk so as to make residents safe .This involves making sure that my mandatory training is up to date moving handling residents safety and caring that they safe guarded against any harm. I also assist resident in prompting their long term condition such as diabetes,arthritis, kidney disease, dementia etc. my job also involves keeping the resident environment clean and tidy.This will prevent infection l work in team of health care assistance Nurses managers and services users l am good team player .and this helps in achieving the organisations objectives assisting residents personal hygiene is one of my main duties
