I am happy to support people with mobility issues and can liaise with Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist and follow any exercise plans for individuals. As a carer my job is to be the eyes and ears for the people I support, and to work closely with families where needed. I like to have a detailed care plan to follow and write daily notes, and to work alongside other professionals, GP’s and District Nurses.
