I have gained a lot of experience looking after people with Parkinsons disease, Dementia and mental health disorders and I'm extremely passionate about working with people with these illnesses and helping them lead a fulfilling life...this may include help with medication prompting, personal care, housework, errands or trips out or whatever your loved one needs to keep them happy and content in their own home. I have a full clean driving licence and my own vehicle. I have a fully enhanced dbs which is also on the online update service. I have completed an extensive course in principles of dementia level 2.     Julie has been visiting mom for about 6 months. With moms dementia she was finding weekends difficult when there was no structure in these days. We have seen the positive difference Julie has made to moms well being with her compassion, patience and professionalism. I highly recommend Julie. Many thanks for giving us some 'breathing space' at the weekend in the knowledge that mom is being cared for and stimulated.

    Julie has been a very reliable and caring helper to my father. She has been flexible with her working days where possible and does a wide range of caring activities with empathy and understanding for my father's needs. She is also very easy to contact and lets us know if she has any concerns about my father's welfare. I am very happy that we have been lucky enough to get someone as kind as Julie to help us care for my dad.
