Fatima continues to help me care for my mum since June, and I honestly don't know what I would have done without her, she's been a godsend. Fatima is kind, experienced, professional, reliable, trustworthy and gentle and understanding with Mum. Fatima takes the time to chat and understand the people she cares for, I've often overheard her and Mum laughing and chuckling away. Mum trusts Fatima and enjoys her visits. I couldn't recommend Fatima highly enough, she is gifted at what she does.
