I recently relocated to the UK to join my wife, who is a mental health nurse here. I hope to continue practising medicine in the UK after gaining a GMC licence. I am currently in the process of obtaining GMC registration, as I am studying for the required exams. I intend to work as a carer as a stop-gap until I can practise as a medical doctor, which will also give me the opportunity to understand the health system here. I recently completed a four-day training course in care and support. I am looking for work or clients that fit around childcare and my wife's work pattern as a nurse (she receives her rota one month in advance). This would allow me to work whenever she is off so that our children can be taken care of. I do not smoke nor consume alcohol, and I have no objections to those who do. I can work with such individuals, provided it is safe for me. I have no restrictions regarding pets like dogs and cats. I can work with both males and females, as long as my clients are comfortable working with me. I can accommodate day or night hours depending on my availability, which I will communicate to my clients in advance. I would prefer to work close to my address in Widnes, as I do not drive currently. I am passionate about being of help to my clients and also about developing myself.
