I can easily adapt to a new environment and work with others as a team. I have worked with levels starting from young people with autism, vulnerable adults, support and learning disabilities. I work in a nursing home, Live in and home care. l have work with children with autism spectrum and challenging behaviour. Overall I would like to further my studies and complete NVQ 3 and 4. Additionally the knowledge that I am making a difference to someone's life is rewarding experience and that has motivated me to be a carer. Working in adult setting with vulnerable adult I have experience that they need someone to talk to and help them to do their daily life activities eg. gain their independence , dressing , cooking and take them out to meet friends and family. With my experience which I find that I am the correct person to care for them.
