In the UK I worked with two care companie...More I am a registered teacher in Scotland, qualified in Special education, which gives me a deep understanding of disability, means and methods to address it. I alternated volunteering with disabled children with caring for the elderly in the last twelve years. In the UK I worked with two care companies that provided full on site training. I got a level 3 certificate dementia, and a level two in end of life care. My experience covers most of the disability types, from Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, stroke, to physical and associated disabilities. I am passionate about psychology in disability context, the challenge of finding new ways with and for people to enjoy life fully, being rewarding in itself. I have a positive attitude, compassionate and caring, being well appreciated in my work. I like arts, literature, music, cooking and gardening and nature.
