    Excellent

    Shamim has recently provided excellent live in care for my 82 year old mother with dementia. She stepped in at very short notice when we had lost our planned cover. She is an excellent carer, mature and insightful, and she very rapidly tuned in to my mother's particular needs, establishing a warm rapport. She is very caring and diligent. She kept a meticulous daily record of care, and her communicated with the family was excellent. I would highly recommend her as a carer for your loved one.
