My aim is to improve and support the equality of care required in health care settings. I am an enthusiastic, hardworking and confident person. I can work under pressure and I am open to positive criticism and I accept feedback from patients and colleagues. I am aware of holistic concepts of patient focused care and aware of different cultures. 2. I am a qualified mental health nurse I always encourage patients' independence and opportunity to express their views. I have gained knowledge and I am confident in carrying out a comprehensive assessment, confident in safe administration of medication as prescribed and carrying out a risk assessment and care planning, appropriate to the child or young person's needs, mental state assessment, within a multi-disciplinary team. 3. I am interested and feel confident in supporting patients in an environment in which they feel comfortable and enable them to achieve short and long-term personal goals and aspirations.
