My approach focuses on empathy, dignity, privacy and companionship, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel valued and empowered. I am committed to enhancing quality of life. I do this by offering both short and long term live-in care. I can be flexible in rotations depending on the clients needs. For clients who have late stage dementia I find 2 weeks on and then a break works best. Working with clients who primarily need companionship I find that I enjoy long term placements of 3 months plus to really build a strong trusting relationship with my clients and offer continuity in care. I will always give as much notice as possible before taking any breaks so that you have plenty of time to find cover.
