    Excellent

    Neidy has been caring for my dad on a live-in basis of 1 week on & 1 week off for 9 months until she had to return to Portugal for family reasons. She is very proficient, pleasant, calm, patient & tidy. Dad can be demanding & difficult because of his advancing Alzheimer's but Neidy has developed a very good relationship with him. I would not hesitate to employ her again.
