My responsibilities have included companionship, shopping, organising doctor/dentist/eye appointments/business meetings, and helping my clients maintain their social lives by arranging lunches and gatherings. Some clients just want company and a listening ear without feeling they are a ‘burden’ to their friends and family. I oversee the smooth running of their households, including any additional care (e.g. nursing) and admin, making sure bills are paid and filed. I am committed to helping my clients have a great quality of life. With the right help in place, I like to think getting older should be a pleasure not a disability. I have trained with Florence Academy and have qualified in Care Certificate module 1-15. I have also trained in learning disabilities mental capacity equality diversity dignity in care, and many other training courses in this field. Many thanks

    Excellent

    Arabella was the most wonderful carer for my father for more than two years. She's a lovely, bubbly and outgoing person, always upbeat, friendly and fun, and he loved the time they spent together. She's immensely caring and entirely trustworthy, always supportive and able to adapt to his changing requirements as he became more frail and unwell. I found her a pleasure to work with, and I'm so grateful to her for the time and love she gave to my Dad. I would recommend her without hesitation.
