I am confident and knowledgeable when it comes to operating all types of lifting equipment, including full body hoists, standing hoists, ceiling hoists, frames, wheelchairs, and many others. I consider myself consistently courteous. Every day, without fail, I give my clients the opportunity to choose what they would like to do, ensuring their satisfaction and upholding what I believe to be fair. Respect, compassion, dignity, and promoting independence—these are the principles I hold in my work with them, always respecting their wishes, as the most important thing is to make a positive impact in their daily lives.
