I have a NVQ Level: 2 in Health & Social Care and Diploma in Complimentary Therapy also. I have gained valuable experience in different care setting via working for Retirement supported Living, Care Agency (working with people with all range of backgrounds, learning and physical disability, mental health (people with alcohol and drug addiction), elderly care, Domiciliary (Reablement) providing help and support people who just came out of hospitals after any kind of treatment ie knee replacement, stroke, heart surgery, people with stoma and catheter. I have worked in the community for over 5 years. I also worked with person with brain injury and paralysed basically I have a broad knowledge and experience working with different backgrounds of care. I have full driving licence, with business insurance, been driving for 18 years am fully confident to drive mobility vehicles both Manuel and automatic. I am friendly, caring and helpful person, who likes and love to make positive impact on people’s life with dignity, respect and integrity enabling service users with independence and freedom as possible. I have supported people with Dementia, Arthritis, Diabetes, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, multiple sclerosis, mental health, COPD, heart, Parkinson. I have helped my clients manage their day to day activities including house keeping, meal preparation, personal care and companionship and re enable them to get back to their self routine. I like to familiarise with my clients like and dislike and building good connections with clients and their family members. I’m patient and can react promptly with the best intentions for my clients. I enjoy listening to music, going for long walk, going away for holidays with friends and family. I also enjoy cooking, can cook variety of Indian, English and Italian dishes and spending time with my family. I am happy to help my clients to take them out for a day, any kind of shopping trip, to and from appointments etc.
