I am also experienced in recognising changes in a person’s condition, maintaining accurate and confidential records, reporting concerns appropriately and working collaboratively with senior staff and multidisciplinary teams.
I am able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, while following policies, procedures and professional standards. I consider myself approachable, adaptable and calm when supporting people in challenging situations.
