I am naturally hands-on, practical and proactive, with a glass-half-full outlook and a great sense of humour. I enjoy getting involved in everyday life and supporting clients with personal care, meals, household tasks, appointments, outings, activities and maintaining their independence. I am passionate about person-centred care and believe support should fit naturally around each person’s preferences, abilities and established way of life. I am particularly skilled at helping people establish and maintain comfortable routines, organise their day and remain actively involved in the things that matter to them. My approach is calm, warm and compassionate, while also being organised, reliable and focused.
