I am trained and experienced in a variety of clinical and specialist care tasks, including tracheostomy care, catheter care, stoma care, ventilation support, personal care, medication assistance, moving and handling, and monitoring clients' overall health and wellbeing. I understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding vulnerable individuals, and working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
