I promote patients safety and report concerns about abuse or safeguarding to care I observed and evaluate patient to detect changes in behaviour or abnormalities I established and maintained working relationships with patient based on trust and non judgmental while setting boundaries. I also handled non-clinical duties like dressing, toileting, and feeding when the need arises. I am a patient individual, understanding, polite caring and I have confidence in my work ethnic and practicality. I have completed a Five days practical PMVA training, care certificate, and also in possession of NVQ 2 certificate, e-learning training on infection control, health, and safety. first aid moving and handling, induction autism learning disability, food hygiene, safeguarding adult and children confidentiality, and experience in the use of IT. I am currently looking for an additional 20 hours per week to work alongside my current job where I now my rota 1 month in advance. I can work 2 sleeping nights per week or waking nights. During the day I can offer minimum visits of 3/4 hours in one block.
