With over 10 years of frontline experience, I understand how important it is to adapt to each individual’s needs, routines, and preferences.
A typical day with me is calm, structured, and supportive. I focus on helping individuals feel comfortable and confident, whether that’s supporting with personal care, daily routines, or getting out into the community. I take the time to understand what matters to each person, including their triggers, preferences, and goals, and I tailor my approach accordingly.
I have experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and behaviours that may be challenging, and I always prioritise dignity, safety, and emotional wellbeing. My approach is patient, respectful, and reliable, ensuring those I support feel valued and understood.
