I hold a degree in Psychology, which supports my understanding of behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and person-centred care. I have also worked in senior roles, where I was responsible for administering medication, liaising with healthcare professionals, and managing emergencies. I pride myself on being caring, patient, and empathetic, always ensuring individuals feel safe, respected, and supported. I take a calm and reassuring approach and build strong, trusting relationships with both clients and their families, while maintaining clear communication to keep everyone informed and reassured. I enjoy supporting people to maintain their independence and quality of life, whether that’s through daily routines, companionship, or getting out into the community.
